Brief introduction

Ciccone Youth is a collaboration between Sonic Youth and Mike Watt. The name of the band refers to none other than pop queen Madonna. They released only one full-length album, The Whitey Album. Its strange mix of studio experiments, covers from commercial songs, white hip hop disguised as industrial noise making, make it a very rich happily original work.
