Elegant surrealism

A graceful surreal story running between past and present, fact and fantasy, dread and desire.

Set in 1917. Julien is a Luxembourger who studies piano in Paris. His friend Jacques, also a musician but now serving as a fighter pilot on the front, invites him to spend a few days in his house in Bray. But when Julien arrives he finds it's a strange place almost without people. Jacques is not at home. Julien is let in by the beautiful but mute housekeeper. While she prepares him dinner, he reminisces his life in Paris before the war with Jacques and his vivacious girl friend Odile.

After spending the night with the housekeeper, Julien rushes off to the railway station. However, he doesn't board the Paris train at once because he has an inkling that he would really rather stay.

一个优雅的超现实故事，徘徊在过去与现在、现实与幻想、恐惧与欲望之间。

时间是1917年。Julien来自卢森堡，正在巴黎学习钢琴。他的朋友Jacques也是个音乐家，但现在在前线当飞行员。他邀请Julien到自己位于Bray的家里呆几天。但等Julien到了才发现那里是个奇怪的地方，几乎没有人，Jacques也不在家。漂亮却缄默的女管家接待了Julien。在她为自己准备晚餐时，Julien浮想联翩，回忆起战前在巴黎与Jacques及其活泼的女友Odile在一起的生活。

在与女管家共度一晚后，Julien赶到了火车站。但是他没有马上登上去巴黎的火车，因为他隐隐觉得自己更想留下来。
