The film tells several stories about pirated movie copy. People acquire their knowledge of films from these pirate versions and their life are also impacted by the pirated copies consequently.
It follows a variety of characters related to their favourite films. We see a young woman who is liberated from her inhibitions overboard a la Almodovar, an HIV positive man who simplifies his life after the catharsis of A River Runs Through It, and an unemployed couple who locate an outlet for their frustrations in violent films. The pirated copies open up a road to a new and unknown world for the characters.
